Nadia Simoes

My name is Nadia, and I have spent the last 15 years working within the finance market, gaining broad experience and deep knowledge of the industry. For as long as I can remember, I had the dream of building my own company — one that reflected my values and the way I believe people should be treated.

After unexpectedly finding myself open to the job market, I experienced first-hand the uncertainty, waiting, interviews and emotional pressure that so many candidates face. It became clear that this moment was also the right time to pursue my dream.

Hour Recruitment was created from that experience. I wanted to build a company that values people’s time, understands their concerns, and treats every interaction with the care it deserves.

My goal is simple: to help people find roles that genuinely suit their skills, needs and ambitions, while respecting their time and choices. I believe time is priceless, transparency is essential and trust should be at the centre of every relationship.
